That Spring morning, Rich anxiously paced back and forth in their hotel room rehearsing the right words to say at the perfect time.  He was planning on proposing to his long-time girlfriend, Natasha, at one of the most magical places on earth: Harry Potter Land.  He had treated Natasha to an unforgettable vacation to Universal Orlando Resort as a graduation gift from nursing school, but had an ulterior motive. 

Being an avid Harry Potter fan, Natasha had planned for them to explore every corner of the studios that day, experiencing Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Castle in all their glory.  Natasha had her suspicions about Rich’s odd behaviour, but shrugged them off once they headed over to the main sites.  Rich turned his nerves into courage, got onto one knee in front of the bridge at Hogwarts Castle and asked his elementary-school sweet heart to marry him.  

Being a Harry Potter fan myself, I couldn’t get over how thoughtful and incredibly awesome Rich’s proposal was.  I knew I would have a wonderful time with these two at their early fall engagement shoot at the Ottawa Arboretum.  And it turned out...magical!

Natasha and Rich - although I have not yet experienced Harry Potter Land myself, I am your girl if you ever want to geek out together to watch reruns of all the movies!
