Hilary and James met at a friend's birthday party 7 years ago and started dating soon after before he proposed.  As they were enjoying their cottage getaway last summer, James came to the realization that Hilary was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with.  But he somehow managed to wait a few months longer to let her know.  While Hilary was completing her PhD research in Bergamo, Italy, James joined her for 5 weeks and proposed the first morning after his arrival.  Needless to say, those 5 weeks in Italy were spent madly in love exploring the beauty of Italy together.

Their private cottage wedding is less than a month away and Ali and I are so excited to celebrate what is expected to be a fun-filled party of a celebration!
