Jocelyn + Steve | Ottawa Wedding At the School House

Steve thought she was the prettiest girl in the room.  With her witty sense of humour and vivacious laugh, he knew he had to get to know her as she sat down next to him during their acting class.  They soon found out that they shared many loves.  Acting, teaching, history, a yearning for meaningful and lasting relationships and each other.

I can’t describe how much love and happiness flowed throughout the 19th century restored schoolhouse, The School House, on that rainy September wedding day.  Jocelyn and Steve’s smiles lit up the sky as they shared such deep and personal vows, committing themselves to one another for a lifetime, shedding tears of joy, and laughing hysterically at memories that will never be forgotten, witnessed by their closest friends and family.

Jocelyn - you seriously are a magnetic force and dance to the beat of your own drum.  Which is one of the reasons why Steve adores you so much.  Steve - your  ability to be Jocelyn’s solid rock is admirable and your kindness emanates from your heartfelt words.

Thank you both for allowing me to document such raw, authentic love.  Hoping your romantic honeymoon in Portugal next month will be incredible!

A special thanks to Photography by Emma for shooting with me!
