Marianne, from Heirloom Events, and I were counting the days to Katie and Ryan’s wedding that took place last month at the Fairmont Le Chateau Montebello. I could tell from Katie and Ryan’s engagement shoot that they had an effortless sense of style. Katie grew up spending her summers at the chalet, and Ryan, being a carpenter, found it to be the perfect venue to celebrate their forever. So Marianne took their summer chalet vision and transformed it into a stylish affair with plenty of fine art touches: a combination of tall blush tapered candles and touches of vintage gold; aegean goblets and powder blue menus were placed along the soft neutral cheese cloth that lined the tables throughout the room. And let’s talk about these gorgeous soft florals for a minute, can we?! Jenna from Amethyst Floral outdid herself with some of the most beautiful flowers I’ve captured this season!
