A minimalist, neutral design by Toast Events + a laid-back, vibrant, hilarious couple + an urban rooftop breezy summer day was the perfect concoction that was Liz and Ryan’s wedding day. To top it off, Liz with the assistance of her sweet mom baked her own wedding pie to enjoy with Ryan later than evening as they danced the night away to Celine Dion classics at the Andaz Ottawa Byward Market hotel.
Hawkesbury Country Club Wedding | Camille + Joey
One of the most heartfelt ceremonies I’ve ever experienced was at Camille and Joey’s garden-inspired wedding in Hawkesbury. The officiant asked everyone witnessing to pause for a moment, look at their loved one next to them, hold their hand and truly feel the love emanating in the air as they all witnessed Camille and Joey’s vows. It was remarkable how almost everyone there teared up, smiled at the person next to them and breathed happiness all over. They took a few moments to reflect their own lives and experiences and sent an abundance of positive and loving vibes over to the bride and groom by this simple act. One of the most touching experiences at a wedding!
MacKenzie King Estate Fall Engagement Shoot | Jessica + Rylan
French Countryside Wedding | Genevieve + Jason
What an honour it was to be part of such a special day with Genevieve and Jason! After a two year-engagement and going through several life challenges together as a young couple, these two kind humans committed to one another amidst their favourite people with the blessings of their adorable son, Loic.
Beckta Brunch Ottawa Wedding | Maxine + Felix
You would have never known that a tornado struck the night before their wedding and that they were scrambling to find a backup venue up until the morning of the ceremony because their brunch wedding plans had to be cancelled due to no electricity! Maxine and Felix were both laughing, smiling and calm throughout the whole ordeal and even considered having a pizza party at the church as their backup option. That’s a big deal for these huge foodies.
